Every Wine Dinner at Pizzicata is a one-night-only journey through Italy's most celebrated wine regions — an intimate evening where each pour tells a story and every plate answers it.

The format stays the same: three courses and a dessert, each thoughtfully paired with a selection of Italian wines. The wines, however, never repeat. Each dinner brings a new estate, a new region, and a new menu crafted by Chef Viola to match.
